Why did we start Abacor?

It all started with a simple question.

After nearly a decade in the profession, we lived the answer: long hours, endless admin, and constant trade-offs between work and life. We felt the burnout. We felt the fading sense of purpose. Over the last year, we've spoken to 100+ firms across the world, and the story was the same: teams stretched thin, talent increasingly scarce, and the next-generation not choosing accounting as a career.
